A restoration can be carried out in many ways, varying both the materials to be used and how they are processed and applied.
The conservative technique aims at maintaining and restoring the original parts of that pen in the best way possible. This turns out to be much slower and more difficult to do than simply switching the original part with a spare. Our goal is to safeguard the integrity of every single piece of the pen.
